essence of mystery
some peoplle were actually surprised i took this photo at cameron highlands at one of its many mountains. we were on a family vacation and i got bored as the mountains were too quiet and the birds didn't come. they were probably sleeping i'm guessing.
i like how the sun shines into the stream. might look like a swamp to you, but hey that's your call. to me it's a river of possibilities :)
imperfection
we try to hide so many flaws with attempts to be perfect without realising that those very flaws are what makes us special and well, us. don't try to hide your true self. it gets frustrating after a while. don't try to conform to what others would normally do. stand out. take a chance and be different.

peek-a-boo
one of the kittens at our home. her name is Putih, such a kampung name haha...but secretly i call her Princess Jr cause of her primp & proper way of strutting around the house. she was just lying under the blur plastic chair and i shot a picture of her.
she's really talkative. she talks when she she plays, she talks when she wants you to play with her, and she even talks while eating. it's actually quite cute. haven't seen her since raya. miss her quite badly. she's migrated to our neighbour's house which is sad for me. but i hope she comes once in a while to play in our backyard :)
add maths
i'm a self-proclaimed nerd. sometimes i wish life could be a little like maths where you just find the solutions and be done with it. why do things have to be so difficult and un-solve-able sometimes?

taken at the butterfly park in melaka around last year using a canon eos 550D with 50mm-250mm lens. don't ask me sbout the aperture i get confuse with them sometimes and i obviously can't remember. heh :D

pull my heart strings
my brother's guitar. i was experimenting with my dad's slr for the first time. using telephoto lens which is unsuitable actually for indoor photography (it was my first time handling an slr mind you).
but i do like how the guitar seems to to fade into the sides of the frames...
love of a mother
i tok this aorund last year when our neighbour's cate had a litter of kittens. but 2 of them died. all that's left is the 3-coloured tabby in the middle. she's living with us now and really charming.
